Maintenance Coaching

An invitation has been extended for our continued coaching work together. Perhaps you are finding you desire quarterly sessions to stay on track with your goals? Or, monthly sessions to align with your personal values at the start of your month. Some folks like weekly sessions for a short period of time around an important project they are working on. Long story, short, coaching as a discipline is client-driven and you get to decide what you need and your cadence. As a coach, I now hold and know your story, patterns, and repeated obstacles. This is an honor. When ever you need, you are welcome to schedule a session with me below.

 

Reminders on how to work with me-

  • When you schedule a coaching session or check-in, keep in mind objectives. I will typically start each call by asking you, "what's on your mind?" or "what do you want to get out of this time?"

  • Come prepared and ready to engage.

  • Complete your homework in-between sessions.

  • I invite honest two-way communication at all times and encourage you to reach out when you are both celebrating any successes/milestones and hit obstacles along the way - a natural part of the growth process. I am here for you throughout your coaching experience as you and your company step into their fullest leadership skill set.
