Ocean West is based in Orange County, California and has purchased 4 billion dollars worth of commercial real estate, 6,000 housing units under management, 25-30 properties which they own and manage. They have 20+ corporate employees in headquarters in Segundo. 

The spirit of Ocean West is a collaborative, very hardworking group that treats people with respect. Ocean West chose to invest in one of their mid-level managers. 

Sander de Widlt, began to lead a team he did not hire, which came with their own unique history and baggage. He was having trouble getting positive feedback on how he ran daily operations and his meetings. After a 3 month Leadership Coaching Intensive, Sander learned how his story shapes how he exists in the world now. He learned his Enneagram type, courageously asked his team tough questions, and expanded his personal and professional blindspots. 

He went from short, 30 minute staff meetings where no one was sharing to near the end of coaching, needing to cut 2 hour long conversations short because the team wanted to keep ideating. 

The CEO of Oceanwest was very pleased with this result and now Sway continues to work with their managers. He wants a solid team of people who enjoy working at Ocean West.
