Ellie Juenger, Organizational Psychologist and Founder of Up & Along, is based in Costa Mesa, California. She is dedicated to equipping companies with practical tools to create inclusive work environments for women in the workplace. She holds a BS in Psychology and an MS in Organizational Psychology from Vanguard University of Southern California. After years of studying and experiencing the injustices women face in their jobs and in society, Ellie believes both men and women desperately need practical tools to achieve comprehensive gender equality.
