Leah Lavelle helps foster vivid communication, creative thinking and wellbeing at Sway. She is a visual artist, facilitator, and the founder of Urban Wild Studio, a woman-owned creative agency specializing in visual storytelling, creative facilitation, and workplace wellbeing workshops and immersions.

With over 15 years of experience across live art, design, brand marketing, and digital strategy, Leah helps organizations translate complex conversations into clear, engaging visuals. Since 2014, she has led visual teams working with Fortune 500 companies and small teams at their conferences, workshops, and retreats across the U.S. and internationally.

Alongside her agency work, Leah maintains an active studio art practice. She produces and hosts immersive wellbeing events for large groups, bringing artistic and somatic sensibilities to facilitation. She is invested in her Portland communities and is becoming known for hosting gatherings, activations and spaces that delight, awe and respect the moment in history, holding people with care.
