The Enneagram as a Leadership Tool
Video Course — Member Area

Welcome to this 50 minute video series about using the Enneagram in leadership. You may experience the class at your own pace, as it is broken into 18 short video clips, including an optional class project. We recommend keeping a notebook, writing utensil, and curious posture as you follow along.

1. Introduction (2:32)

The Enneagram framework offers Nine distinct world-views or ways of paying attention associated with different patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. This course offers insights into the way people interact with the world and the workplace.

2. Class Project (Optional) (2:32)

Create a moodboard that fits your personality. Analyze your interior world. Familiarity with your personal strengths and weaknesses is a marker of emotional intelligence.

3. The Enneagram (3:53)

This framework gives language to our involuntary responses to life – our blind spots and things we don’t have control over. It can be used to discern what factors could be in place for us to excel to our highest potential, and what triggers us.

4. The Enneagram as a Map (3:24)

The Enneagram is a map of human temperament that takes us on the journey from being lodged into one type, to taking on the characteristics of all nine types in a more well rounded way.

5. Ethics and Etiquette (2:40)

Learn how to talk about the Enneagram with others in an intentional and productive way.

6. How to Find Your Core Type (2:32)

Unlike many other personality frameworks, your Enneagram type is one you self-identify. Listen to the overviews in this course and do further reading about each type, then find the one that fits. It might not be an instant match. Often, your type is the one with the description that makes you most uncomfortable.
